I offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. I may also consider an alternative fee structure, such as a hybrid of hourly plus contingency. The facts of the case will determine what sort of fee structure is appropriate. I require that a written engagement letter be signed before I can undertake the representation. The engagement letter will describe the services to be provided and set an initial retainer. Retainers must be paid in advance.
